If motor does not turn it is defective and the drive assembly must be replaced. A minimum of 12.5 VDC is required to operate the motor. See FIG Apply DC voltage directly to the motor wire connector.

If wire is defective replace with new harness. See FIG Wire Inside Hardware Channel (WeatherPro Only) To make the connection between the wire run in 1.2 and the awning motor there is a cable run in the hardware from the bottom to the top. If voltage is below 12.5, check voltage at supply, If OK it may be necessary to increase the wire size going to the control box. Check voltage output on the and wire at the control box. It is recommended that these wires be RED+ and 12 gauge wires.
